When working my own or taking advice from friends i did not get the desired results. MF (Mount Fitness) provided a complete package that totally supplied my needs from a nutritional, training, and posing prospective. But it didn't stop there. MF created an off season road map that will prepare me to take 1st place next season. If you want results go to MF. I never dreamed that my body could look so lean and ripped. Thanks MF

Before
I have worked out before over the years with different trainers but none that hold the knowledge and enthusiasm as C. Munoz. I am most impressed with the fact that he knows how to even give me a good workout when my bad knee is flaring up or I am short of breath. He truly takes the time to get to know you and your abilities. He then takes that knowledge and sculpts your body with many different techniques. His diet plan is a huge benefit to his training. If someone asks me where I got my abs....I say in the kitchen. Obviously it is the many unique muscle isolation's that he uses too. I feel privileged to have not only worked out with C. Munoz as an individual, but also as a group. He trained me along with 3 other girls for a fitness competition. That is where I feel I really was able to see his talent in PERSONAL training. I saw, first hand how he customized his workout plans and diets to each of us to obtain the desired look for the competition. He could tell just by looking at us what we needed. At 43 years old I truly can say he has turned my body into the shape it was when I was 18, and maybe even better. For people who have worked out with a trainer for years and don't keep getting better or seeing the real results they want I fully suggest you at least look into a workout with C. Munoz. One meeting with him will let you know he is in the field of work he should be in. It is a full commitment he will give you and it is truly his passion!!! My husband goes to him and feels he is just as outstanding as I. We also have our two young children 8 and 10 go to him and he oversees their training with his son as well. The kids love it and it is something we do as a family. For all the money spent on movies, video games and eating out, we have found the use of this money to be much more rewarding and life changing. Got to go......its time to go work out!

In February 2007 I was sitting at home feeling overweight and miserable. Even though six months had passed since I gave birth to my third child. I was still 50 pounds over my pre-pregnancy weight. The main issue was not that I was holding on to the weight because of the pregnancy, it was because I was living a sedentary lifestyle. I loved food. I loved to snack and I was an overeater. I tipped the scales at 192 pounds and was a size 14. In my home, I had a treadmill, stationary bike, weights and every exercise tape you could ever imagine. Although I had all this equipment at my fingertips, I still was not motivated enough to use them. One day I made a decision to go shopping for a gym. I found one and joined that day and began my workout journey. It took a lot of sweat and tears. I fell short and felt I couldn’t do it. I began to think it was meant for me to be fat. Through it all, I stayed prayerful. With God’s guidance I forged forward and stayed on an exercise and eating regime. By September 2007 I had lost 22 pounds. I was ready to take my body to the next level and started thinking about training for a figure competition. I asked a lady at my gym how I could get involved. She told me 90% of what you look like is what you eat. These words were life changing for me. I decided to train which involved a strict eating regimen and a strenuous exercise schedule. Throughout the process, I was able to lose 25 more pounds. I weighed 145 and was a size 6 when I competed for the first time in May 2008. I competed again in May 2009 and my weight was 140 pounds and was a size 4. I decided to train for another competition for May 2010. I decided I was tired of my body being average compared to the other competitors. I decided to hire a trainer by the name of Cepeda Munoz. He had the reputation of being a trainer that could whip anyone’s body into magnificent shape. I met with Cepeda three to four times a week. He would put me through a series of workouts that I had never experienced before. Within three weeks of following his “get shredded” diet and workout routine, I began to see amazing results in my body. I competed for the third time in May 2009 and my weight was 119 pounds and a size 2. My body was ripped and shredded to the bone. I was so excited because I had never seen my body look the way it had after 12 weeks of training. Cepeda is not only someone that has a wealth of knowledge about fitness and nutrition; he is also a wonderful mentor. He was always careful to give an explanation as to why I had to eat certain things or had to do certain exercises. I tell you no lie, training is extremely difficult and that’s why you need a trainer that knows about exercise, the body, and most of all knows the ins and outs of nutrition. It was also important for me to have a trainer that I could call a friend. Cepeda was there for me through thick and thin. He never hesitated to answer my calls or lend a word of prayer. I truly appreciate him for all he did for me. I couldn’t have done without him.

I have been training with Cepada Munoz for a year now and I can not believe the changes that have been made in my body. I am more muscular and leaner. I dropped so much weight but it is my overall strength that I have noticed a dramatic difference in. Working out with Cepada is a great boost to my day. He is truly motivational and pushes you to achieve your best. With all the stresses in the world today I have found working out with him helps to blow off that steam and focus on a personalized session.

I had been going to the gym for a while but wasn't seeing results. When I saw Cepeda working with others, they always seemed to be having fun and getting results. Cepeda is always so enthusiastic and encouraging. It was the best decision I made to start working with Cepeda and following the meal plan he created for me. I was really dreading the meal plan, but Cepeda was very good about selecting foods that I would like and actually eat. I love the workouts because they are always different which keeps things interesting. So far I have lost 20+ pounds and am almost half way to my goal and I have confidence that Cepeda can help me meet and exceed my goals. He will never give up on me so I'll press on.

I can honestly say that I enjoy everything about training with Cepeda. He's an incredible motivator his knowledge of his progression is extremely in-depth. His workouts, although challenging, are fun and exciting as well. There is a consistent variety of exercises and routines and he always finds the perfect balance between pushing me to my limits without going past it. There's a constant variety in my nutrition as well. Which really is a big help to me because I am able to continue to lose weight while eating some of the foods I enjoy. Even the training schedule is flexible and allows me to train on the days and the times that are best for my schedule and mood. One of the most important things to me also is the fact that Cepeda is also teaching me proper form, proper exercises and techniques to insure my safety as well as my results. So now I'm confident and able to put myself through a good workout on the days I don't meet with him. In my opinion, these reasons coupled with his passion for what he does makes him and his services simply amazing.

I have been working out with Cepeda for several weeks and have had a wonderful experience. His ability to push you to your limit strength and endurance wise has resulted me being in my best shape in the last 20 years. I have lost a total of 18lbs and starting to visualize the definition I want in my body.
Again, it has not been easy and Cepeda makes sure of that, but the rewards have been very fruitful. I would recommend any one looking to get in shape, lose some weight and build some body mass to give him a call.

I met Cepada through a friend of mine that wife had trained and done a show with cepada. He said that Cepada allowed the husbands of the women that were in the show to come for a comp. Session. He said that he really gave them a good workout and that he was going to start training with him. So i agreed to go as well.
I never really trained with anyone or really lifted weights on a regular basis. Always had a somewhat slim to medium build and generall tried not to stuff myself when eating. I turned 40 last year and i said that i was going to try to better my health in eating and in strength, well a year had passed and i hadnt gained any extra weight but did not lose any either. Other that maybe 8-10 pounds on a self instructed weight watchers diet. My goal was to be proactive with my health, due to the fact that there is a lot of history of heart conditions , diabetes and high blood pressure in both of my parents families.
I started out weighing 207 pouinds and over the first 6-8 weeks i was down to losing a total of 22 pounds. I believe this was due to the training that cepada has offered with the twice a week workouts as well as the nutrition diet that he has put together for me. He makes sure that he pushes you to your max and doesn’t allow you to give up being disciplined to attend the sessions and to pull away from the table, even though at times it was hard to resist some of the foods that i really liked. Such as fried foods, fast foods, sweets, pop and others things that really arent good for you. I’ve cheated here and there but not a lot. Once i starting seeing the results and the work that i had put in, it made it easy to say no. The longer that i stay away from eating some of the things and with cepada motivating me, i do not believe that there is any turning back.
Now i can get back into some of those smaller clothes that i had not given to the goodwill, like i was supposed to have done. In fact the other day when i went to k&g the sales rep measured me and i had went from a 44l/38 waist to a 42l/34 waist. Who would have imagined.
Other than feeling good for myself, friends and family are saying that i look better and asking what did i do to lose as much as i did. I let them know about cepada and where he is located and say that they should try it as well.
